Cultural Potential & Gap Analysis

Does your corporate culture support your strategy? Let’s understand the gaps and explore ways to boost your corporate culture for competitive advantage.

Our approach

A cultural potential & gap analysis is the diagnostic process we use to evaluate the differences between a company’s intended culture and the culture that is actually experienced by employees and management. This involves defining the desired cultural attributes, using interviews at different levels & surveys to assess the existing culture, and comparing the two to identify discrepancies.
A corporate culture potential & gap analysis involves a four-step process to evaluate the difference between a company’s intended and actual culture. First, the intended culture is clearly defined using the company’s mission statement, core values, and strategic objectives. Next, the actual culture is assessed through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand employee perceptions across levels, divisions and regions. The collected data is then analyzed to identify gaps and areas of alignment between the intended and actual culture. Finally, the findings are compiled into a report that outlines the discrepancies and provides a comprehensive view of the organizational culture as it currently stands.

Results to expect

This analysis is crucial as it helps align the company’s strategic objectives with its cultural practices, enhances employee engagement, and supports overall organizational health. It is particularly valuable in managing change, ensuring that efforts to transform the culture are well-targeted and effective, leading to a more coherent and productive work environment.
