For our team, we aim to create a hybrid work environment that supports both our people and our business, by following the principle of “putting customers and teamwork first.” As our Junior Operations and HR Manager and Assistant to Managing Partners, you will report to our Office Operations and HR Manager and will be vital part of our team. Your responsibilities include:
  • Support our Office Operations and HR Manager with the management of key financial process-es like the preparatory accounting, controlling and liquidity planning and help to steer the monthly invoice process together with the team
  • Take a crucial role in managing key HR processes from recruitment to onboarding, to regular monthly HR processes, to learning & development programs to exit management
  • Coordinate and help in further optimization of our key infrastructure together with specialized external partners where needed (from digital systems Office 365 / time tracking system to li-cense management to technical infrastructure such as mobiles, computers)
  • Coordination of services required for smooth office operations (such as ordering, maintenance)
  • Support in managing key internal events (e.g., yearly strategy meeting, team events and strategy days, Christmas gathering) together with external partners where needed
  • Assist managing partners in defined other areas (e.g., travel planning, more complex meeting coordination)

Ideally, your qualifications and experience include:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (like operations management, office management, HR, assistant to Management)
  • Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (conversational)
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
  • Able to define and maintain processes
  • Significant experience with MS Office
  • Can-do attitude, care for detail and reliability
